根据《中华人民共和国出口管制法》及其他相关法律法规的要求，凡涉及受控稀土元素（如镝、铽等）或适用“两用物项与技术出口管制清单”的磁性材料，在未取得出口许可证或相关政府批准前，我司不会进行任何形式的出口。我们始终恪守国家法律，保障国际贸易合规有序。

鉴于当前监管政策尚未出现明确松动，公司将持续暂停此类物项的对外交付，敬请理解。如有疑问，请联系我司合规部门。

Legal Notice from Hangzhou Vector Magnets Co., Ltd.:

In strict compliance with the Export Control Law of the People’s Republic of China and applicable dual-use goods regulations, Hangzhou Vector Magnets Co., Ltd. will not export any materials containing controlled substances (including but not limited to Dysprosium, and Terbium) without obtaining the required government licenses or formal approvals.

Given that no policy relaxation has been formally implemented to date, the export of such regulated goods will remain suspended until further notice. Thank you for your understanding. For compliance-related inquiries, please contact our legal department.
